Our Kids program is designed to be safe and effective in teaching your children how to properly move, eat, exercise, and create healthier habits.


Strength training has been proven to be safe for kids and not only that it develops the fundamental skills necessary for sport and life. The key to building strength in our youth is that it needs to be done properly and under the guidance of qualified coaches.

Balance / Agility / Coordination

All movements are functional movements that force the body to learn how to balance and coordinate movement. This creates better agility and function. These skills are necessary for sport, function, and life!


Our workouts are designed to increase your childs muscular endurance and their cardio-respritory endurance. This is important in developing and maintaining heart health, and will prepare your child for sport and long daily activities.
